This is a totally awesome utility and I use it quite frequently. I would love to see an app upgrade to be able to utilize iPads fully instead of working with a phone sized screen. I would pay for such a update/add on. Keep up the great work!

Can’t even log into the app. Configuration file error at launch and even when I get past that get query errors trying to login.

I end up with $150 into this stupid tool only to find out your going to charge $50 for each function to work? Boy ami going to warn everyone. If i wanted to spend $1000 i would have just bought the more expensive tool. Good on you lying about the cost! Hmm the following day after I reported this, the tool no longer works!! Coincidence? This tool is beneath the home mechanic. They insult us by gouging the public. Launch co. Seems to be the code originator , but there fly by night operations are spinning their code stateside!! These are profiteers who have no interest in the customer. Hello there is a real person at the end of this and I expected to get all the features with the software- I will do business with the company who sides with the home mechanic. All these ratings have to be bogus! You have limited control, you are charged for each additional feature, and all of the specific features you purchased to soft ware for are just not thought you got, do not come for the price you paid!! They force you to spend $50 !! If you want them all, it cost $500 or more- every single year!! And the battery reset module didn’t even work for my car!! What a huge pile of trash!! Let down - hashtag disappointed - hashtag flybynight, hashtag another crappy company steeling your money
