I LOVE LOVE LOVE TRS but the app desperately needs updating. Stoked to receive my membership as a Christmas gift but super bummed that the vid content keeps crashing and kicking me out of the app (and action). C’mon bugs! Also, wanted to download the vids but they don’t store anywhere in your account or other place for easy viewing. You hit download, but the vids don’t actually load anywhere. :( Same with basic account/profile settings - they don’t stick.

Mobility is one of the most challenging things when you’re training and your time is limited. Content is organized by sports, pre workout, post workout, body areas and not only addresses mobility but also proper mechanics and pain. I usually turn to it after I Row or on an off day to work on mobility. 5 stars. Plus I got super awesome customer service when I had questions about the app.

Not impressed at all. Kelly mentions links to follow along videos in in his lectures but the links aren’t there. This causes one to search manually to try and find the aforementioned link, which may be under a different name or may not exist at all. The Virtual Mobility Coach is not much of a coach after all, the Q&A section gives zero information on how to fix problems, just what your problem. Finally, you cannot access the same content via the app and the website so you have to go back and forth between the two. Not worth the $15 per month subscription.

I love this app and use it daily. The mobility routines have helped me reduce pain levels, and I’ve also seen positive changes in my squat, deadlift, and pull-up, all of which I credit to The Ready State. The Ready State team is excellent too. Very helpful and responsive whenever I have a question. Highly recommend!

Seems to be running smoothly since past reviews! Love the content, Kelly’s mode of teaching is 5 stars. User experience could be better, and while it’s not a big deal to me, it seems to be what the market is currently demanding. Thanks! Nate
