Every time I open the app it says there is an error. My phone is updated as is my husband’s and the error is the same on both devices. It automatically puts a link (to who knows where!) into the password section on both devices and when we try to manually enter a password or reset it doesn’t work. It seems the app is a bit unstable now, hopefully that will change in time and maybe one day we will be able to use it again and not have it be $5 down the drain. When it was working it was wonderful and motivating! I have been a part of team TOMM for over a year now and it keep the chaos out of my house and makes cleaning so very manageable! I was so excited about the app.

I absolutely love the team Tomm method. I was totally willing to be patient when this app was first developed because it was their first time making an app. Now developers have streamlined it. My goodness people, even though I don’t normally buy a $5 app, Gemma has saved me so much in money and time (something you can’t put a value on) that I’m happy to spend it on this app. It was a bit clunky but it has been resolved. Well done Mike and Gemma!!! And thank you! Our whole family Team TOMM’s and I can manage my home sooo much better with this method and the app too. You get to check off each task and it’s the little wins that are so satisfying. My house has never been cleaner!! The app makes cleaning fun and not a bore.

The problem with being a “mum” buying this app is that you also hand your spouse $5 and then make them download it on their phone as well. But that’s the only problem I have with this app. I wake up in the morning and instead of making a list of what needs to happen so that my house is clean and presentable, I check my app! As long as I spend the 15min plus 30min I know that all the nice things I have spent my money on - carpets, couches, curtains... - will stay nice. Thank you Gemma!

A brilliant app for getting control of the housework so it doesn’t control you!

I would love to use this app however I can only get the daily tasks to open about 10% of the time. I tap and tap, refresh and Nothing! This app needs some major work because It’s of no value to me. I wasted my money.
