Easy to use but still some way to go. X capture doesn’t work especially on the matrix control boards. When you take a photo you only get 50% of the dots from the digital numbers so nothing is recognised. I’ve stopped trying now and enter everything manually. It would be great if it worked. Also the app won’t let me book exercise on the cross country skiing machine which is annoying. I have to book it under ’other’

The app is relatively easy to use although it is disappointing that some of the simplest functions aren’t made available that you get with other apps. Things like a current usage of your gym, not just an average usage graph, hints and tips based on your workout preferences, more prominence to challenges and special events, workouts with instructions or how to videos, even linking up with league tables to set up scoreboards within each gym or just linking to your goals to give you motivation. I feel that it’s just missing some key things to really be useful. As I do t use classes very often I will use my workout tracking app instead, there’s little benefit to using this app right now for someone not booking classes. It could also do with the use of a wider colour palette.

Very easy to use especially for booking classes and amending memberships. It would be useful if I could add a booking to my apple calendar once booked on the app. Tracking worksoouts is useful and I particularly like the visit history. Thanks

Good for general workouts but lots of workout options that won’t be used in a gym environment such as rock climbing, skiing, squash, skiing, gardening, etc The weight training workout option is obsolete, as it doesn’t let you change the menu’s for distance duration and calories to anything more relevant like description, weight, reps or select any of the weight machines Really good app overall it’s just missing a few tweaks to make it good for everyone not just people doing CV workouts

Not a very good app at all , when it comes to a gym app I expect it to be able for me to create a workout that it will track “ very basic gym stuff “ I have to use a third party gym tracker to track my work out surly this is taking your customers away from your app ?? This app needs a major update in regards to this if not please can you allow either Jefit or Gymshark to be able to connect but again this is taking people away from your app which can’t be good for business
