Text Me That

There are certain things I want to be reminded of everyday. This app can even be used for affirmations and things like that... But to have to type everything in everyday is too much. Please add the ability to set repeat reminders. Other than that, it's great. But I can't really use it like I need to without a repeat feature. Once you add that, I'll be buying a subscription. Till then, it doesn't help me much. :(

Due to the time change this past weekend I have been looking for something to replace the app I was using for medicine reminders. I have a complicated and complex medicine schedule. The app I was using changed the times I had set up in it for reminders - moved them an hour ahead and the only way to change them back was manually. I did that for Sunday thinking that Monday would have the correct times. No - they were showing up an hour earlier again. Wel...I began searching for a new app I could use for this purpose and found Text Me That. I gave it a try and found it does what it says right away. So, I signed up for a subscription immediately. The one thing that I would like to see added to TMT is the ability to customize schedules. I have med that is to be every other day and so I’ve had to resort to using another app to remind me for it. It would be great if the developers would make the app where those of us who need it could specify that the reminder is every 2 days, every 3 days, etc. As far as I’m concerned this is the only thing missing from an otherwise great app!

My phone is constantly bombarded by notifications and news articles and I often find myself not utilizing my reminders with my phone. Text Me That is a great way to force me into remembering important things in a way I’ll never miss. By text message! I have the unlimited plan and it’s been wonderful to help me remember important meetings and to send out timed reminders to my staff. Since the recent update I have had no issues at all without any type of bugs. It’s very user friendly. I would encourage anyone to try it out!

First Reminders you set up get lost and you have to refresh to find them. Also paid for premium to access more features and it doesn’t let me schedule into the next month or text others with ease. They have to get the app and sign up too or they can’t see my message. And now it’s buggy and won’t let me in unless I sign up again. Zero stars if I could and now I need to deal with getting my money back since I bought the whole year deal. There’s other apps I found that can text me reminders or let me schedule a text to someone else with half the cost. Tried tech support send me to a landing page and contacts doesn’t get me anywhere either.

I used to always use “notes” in my phone to remember the things I needed to do, but I’d write things down and forget them! Now using TMT I can actually write down the reminder and then BE TEXTED at the right time (which I always see - and extra thanks to Apple Watch 🤣) so if something is important enough for me to put down, it actually gets done in time now! Thanks TMT!
