Texas Brewery Passport

I’m super excited to use this app. I was a big fan of other brewery visit planning apps that are now defunct. This app comes in and lets you plan a “trail” with discoverability of other breweries in the area. The list is thorough and up to date, and I’ve already found new breweries that I’m wanting to try that I had no clue were so close to others that I frequent.

You should give users the ability to create a user name vs defaulting to using your first + last name as your user name. There is no way to go back and edit your name once you create an account. When you’re on the deals page, you scroll down, make a selection, then go back to the deals page, it auto sends you back to the top of the deals page. When you’re on the trail page, it asks you to search by location, what are you supposed to enter? Address, zip code, brewery name? When you’re on the events page, it asks you to search events, but there is no criteria to search by. What do I enter here? Address, zip code, brewery name?

Cool App, but instead of wasting resources on the app, why not fight Gov Abbott on his un-constitutional closure of the Brewing industry. Why are you not holding a press conference condemning Gov Abbott for shutting down your industry? You seriously should be getting breweries to withhold taxes to the state of Texas and challenge the Gov on his closures. Please fight for the Brewing industry instead of sitting back letting these small business owners to die.
