TECNATIVES Nt EMS

This app is for all users (coach/athlete) of any generation of TECNATIVES Nt System. It is a multifunctional software for your iOS device and the central application for managing the Nt Core, selecting and controlling the training programs and maintaining the software. It offers a variety of quality-of-life improvements for users of an Nt1 Core, as well as the basis for the extended functionality of the full Nt System. With the Nt Suit you own a special FEMS tracksuit with dry electrodes. The electrical pulses transmitted via the dry electrodes and generated by a stimulation device, the Nt Core, trigger defined muscle contractions. The strength and duration of the impulses are adjusted by a control software, the Nt App, on the basis of preset training programs. • Using the app, every coach/athlete can create and manage his or her personal profile, in which the training progress and all other collected data is stored. • The profile can be linked to other sources at registration: e.g. Apple Health. We synchronize completed trainings with Apple Health and integrate vital data approved by the user, e.g. weight, into our app to show him how positively FEMS training affects his body. • when the User avtivates the Sharing with Apple Health, all its records will be stored also in the Apple Health App • The activity screen shows user name and an overview of the training activities such as total score, training times, burned Kcal etc. • The profile screen allows the complete creation and editing of the user profile including the setting of a profile picture. The QR code, which is also visible here, is used in the connection screen to register trainees. The QR recognition is done via the camera of the iOS device. • On Nt Cores, profiles (athletes) can be assigned by dragging and dropping them onto the Nt Cores. After all trainees have been assigned, training can begin. • Training programs: beginner, cellulite, cool down, fascia, IYT, knee bends, continuous, strength, push-ups, massage, rowing, speed strength, metabolism • The program screen opens a detailed selection in which the settings of all phases of the selected program can be adjusted (slew rate, phase length, total duration of the program). The respective frequencies and pulse widths of the phases are determined by the program, the intensities are set during the training. • All electrodes of the Nt Suit are displayed with their currently set amplitudes, they can be selected and controlled. There are buttons to increase and decrease the amplitude of all currently selected electrodes. The middle button allows to start and pause the stimulation, the circles rotating around this button show the progress of the phase. • Further features: bioelectric impedance analysis (BIA), electromyography (EMG), ECG/heart rate/respiratory rate, AI/machine learning, motion detection, environment analysis, status analysis • The history screen displays the date, duration, training score, a projection of the burned Kcal and, for example, the location. • Supported devices: iOS 11.2 and higher (but it is recommended to always use the latest version, this is currently 13.3.). • Through a continuous process of updating, the functionality of the app is adapted to each update of the operating system. • WiFi is required to use Nt Cloud Services. • Bluetooth is required to use the Nt Core. • Also needed: internet connection, location access, camera access, ability to access stored images.
