This app has the potential to be great, but as it sits... It's extremely frustrating to use! Being the service manager I see the issues daily with crashes along with hearing about them from my techs. This costs us money and time! It happens multiple times throughout my day. I've had to delete and reinstall, log in and out, still nothing... My route randomly disappears at any given time, no warning! So here's a situation where on a route , I now have no idea what my next customers address , phone number or location are, not to mention being almost done with an account just for the app to crash, now you've lost all the info you entered along with the important signature that you can't go back and get because the customer has to leave during the service! I can go on and on, but someone really needs to do some updates, if it worked flawlessly or even 90% of the time it would be a great tool !

Many features are great and have the potential of making the app awesome... But... Gotta work on making it fluid. Like many people, I hate having so many steps to enter then SAVE, confirm, reload data, refresh, save, enter product, save...etc. I need it to auto save and not close down and prompt for login when I click on another app I need in the field. I need a visual timeline like the office portal- on my mobile to track my progress. It would also be great to have it calculate drive time between stops. The other features are great and it works well, I just want it (and me) more efficient.

We have unsuccessfully used two other software programs for our pest control business. Once we tried PestRoutes, we knew we had a winner to help manage our business. We have become much more efficient at scheduling, confirming appointments, being paid at the time of service and so much more since using PestRoutes. I like y’all’s app, very user friendly and modular. But the newest update has changed the font size in the app, and on my mobile it greatly reduces the field of view and leads to text running over each other. If there was a way we could adjust the font scale in a settings menu for our personal taste, that would be better. Thank you for the updates, it really has overall improved my experience.

I have been using this app since March 2018 and we have not experienced any issues with the app crashing. They developers have been on point with taking suggestions. I have seen a suggestion implemented twice and within a few days since I started using it. I am very happy with the app. It sounds like the app had a rough start, but they are killing it now!
