The app is good for basic functions, such as viewing positions or quickly reviewing charts. Mainly it’s function is to help you view your trades on the go. The problem is you can’t take trades on the app. I can view if I’m up or down on a position but can’t do anything to help myself. To say the least, it’s frustrating and primitive in comparison to applications offered by other brokers. As an active trader and full time employee it is essential to be able to take trades while away from my computer.

Negative reviews are repeated with log in issues and inability to trade. I have never had a problem logging in personally. But more importantly, do people really expect an app to contain all of the tools a desktop will provide?? For the simple function of viewing charts with the basics, the app is a 5 star. Easy. I don’t expect to find anything more than that given the platform I’m using.

This app is very limited compared to the one on the computer, I mostly wish I could just change the way I see the chart like adjust the color of candlesticks and stuff like that. I WOULD PAY YOU FOR THE ABILITY TO SEE MY TREND LINES AND DRAW MORE AND GET FULL FUNCTION!!! TAKE MY MONEYYYYYYYY NOWWWW thank you otherwise love this app just wish it did more

For me the app works amazing. I love it. It’s true that it doesn’t compare to the desktop software but still very good. It has some features missing and you should also fix some problems with font sizes and arrangement but still very good app. I don’t know why so many people hate it

I LOVE the TC2000 software for the computer but the app is just about useless. You cannot view any of your trend lines drawn on the computer, cannot pinch to zoom or touch screen to manipulate charts, you cannot write on them, you can only use a few pre-selected indicators to choose from.. this is nothing like the PC software. The Pc software I would give a 4.5+ out of 5 stars.. the iPhone software I struggle to give 1 whole star...
