1. The good thing of 1mg is that the phlebotomists always come on time to take the blood samples. They are very cooperative with timings issues, if any. As a patient and a guardian i have been very happy with their behaviour. They keep hygiene and everything, so in that matter I would refer 1mg to others. 2. On contrary part, the fast medicine deliveries which is the primary purpose of downloading the app isn’t full filled ever. 99% of the times I had to go out to the shop to buy medicine just because the time of delivery by 1mg was more than two days. Plus the delivery rates are unreasonably high. Most of the pharmaceutical shops now deliver the medicine within hours. At least delivery time should have been worked out because medicine is something that is needed as earliest as possible. 3. The doctor consultation is okay. Not so exceptional but not poor either. The thing that makes me use 1mg again is the labtest they provide, they’re usually cheap and hassle free.

This is a great “concept” but upon using them frequently I ran into lot of issues that made me change rating. 1. Will deliver incomplete order VERY often. 2. Incomplete orders are often their own fault for constantly displaying products that are out of stock. They cancelled my orders 3 times in one month for same item but didn’t remove it from site. 2. Has a high delivery charge and minimum value for free delivery. This is medicine, not groceries. People can only buy what they need. 3. Their “experts” can’t read prescription and freeze the order. Same prescription will get you medicine from Apollo pharmacy but they rejected it multiple times. There is no option to skip the medicine they are not accepting prescription for and get the rest. You have to cancel whole order and get penalised for no fault of yours. 4. Very SHADY customer care, avoids direct contact with customer. There is no phone to contact them, whatsapp Chat doesn’t accept reply and if you email them they take their sweet time to reply, by then your concern is no longer relevant. If you live in a city where service like 1mg is available, pretty much all pharmacies also offer home deliveries so it’s not like 1mg is providing something special. Top that with bad platform management and 9 out of 10 times you will end up buying medicine from market instead of 1mg.

I ordered medicines from there outlet in medanta gurgaon. The executive assured me same day delivery before 3 pm but when order not received I called delivery boy, he casually told me I was late so will deliver tomorrow morning. Next day I received new delivery boy number, when I called he told me I just leaving office lets see when reach at your home. Anyhow that second day also I didnot get mu order. On third day new delivery man number recieved I called and strictly told him if he comes before 1 pm thats ok otherwise cancel my order I have to leave for outstation. Surprisingly third day also Medicines not delivered. Fourth day with new delivery boy medicines arrived at my home in the evening. I refused to take and canceled my order. Than I got a feedback that you canceled order. Than I wrote a feedback form after that I got reply due to mis handling by delivery boy you order was broken so delivery canceled. What a joke. Nonsense and unprofessional behaviour. Anyhow I am quiting from 1mg.

I have faced few issues and which affects my health also: 1) I have ordered few medicines and doctors prescribed 300 mg dose and i was taking that one and everything was normal and then i ordered medicines from 1mg app and i have ordered 300 mg dose also upload prescription slip as they asked so, and after taking medicine for around 15 days, I wasn’t feeling well then my dr asked me to retest and when i have sort out my tests found now condition worst and when i checked i found 1mg delivered 100mg dose, i will gona raise a complaint against them, guys please don’t believe on them blindly please check your medicine ones. 2) Ordered few medicines and they took lot of time, when trying to cancel the order then it’s showing some err message snd when click on write yo us there too error message and its from beginning and not able to contact with them. Nothing where you can raise or contact and careless service.

Worst app I have uploaded my prescription n number of times app is still showing its on hold . Backend team written that they have limited knowledge . I think govt should ban Such apps and unfair business practices. This my second experience with 1 mg . In the past, I ordered for medicines. Order was not delivered and communication was pathetic. This time I booked blood test sample collection . Time allotted was 7am to 8am. Previous night I spoke to the person and inform him to be on time as I have to go to office inspire of all prior communication he turned up at 8.30 am. when I asked him about delay and returned back he didn't show any remorse and immediately returned back without even apologies of being delay further he start showing his anger. Worst experience with 1 mg . I strongly do not recommend it. 1 mg vendors are very casual in approach be it medicine order or blood sample collection.
