TAB – Racing & Sports Betting

Despite the occasional glitch and lack of useful customisation, it’s fast and intuitive. Includes Sky racing and NBA games, would be better if there was more live sport available - Bet365 shows much more, but Tabcorp is far more reputable and won’t ban punters who win. In-play betting requires a phone call, by which time odds have usually changed (could be a regulatory issue). Don’t forget to opt out of notifications, unless you want to be constantly annoyed by ads for upcoming events and promotions. I’m not judging the company or its value to gamblers here, just the app itself. Overall a great application, constantly improving with each update.

Only improvement I could suggest air may not even be at all possible, would be to have the floating vision video stream playing but also have the ability to be in the upcoming race markets section. Credit to your developers every time a new feature or function has been incorporated there is never any issues with the version update crashing or not functioning correctly.

I find the app to be a disadvantage compared to using the web page program. The racing info is more comprehensive and easier to navigate and compare markets. Another frustration is the limit to multi bets in regards to the amount of bets you can combine together and also the amount the odds are capped at. I believe it is out of line with other betting company’s. I don’t think it’s unreasonable but I do think it needs some though put into the multi bet options. A simple thing like checking the status of a pending multi bet is unreasonably difficult and requires much effort and a great memory. This is a simple and easy fix that will capture more customers and secure the customers you all really have. This will also add another layer of confidence and sense of safe betting. Please understand I am a happy customer just offering my opinion. I will add that having a consistent app or webpage that has a long lasting layout features helps loyal customers stay at Tab. New options with similar or the same theme and layouts rather than new everything. Being familiar is underrated in the business world and Tab have done this well. This familiarity should continue to be your best marketing asset. Best regards Mark

Closed my account after the app crashed and no users were able to access their own money to bet. Tried to call customer service however due to everyone being affected their lines were busy. Called the bet placement line and was I was told “too bad”. When I closed my account I had pending bets which the app did not advise. Contacted customer service in writing, two weeks later they said I had no pending bets which is inaccurate. Complaint has now been forwarded to Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation. There are plenty of apps that work consistently, are honest and with better odds. Take your money elsewhere and if they have acted illegally please contact the Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation in your state.

If I press a wrong button you won’t return my money but if you dogs pay out by pressing the wrong button then you just reverse it , very unfair , your specials are pathetic compared to specials by your competitors ( e.g Chase The Ace - William Hill , Same Game Multi -Sportsbet ) your only advantage is we ( the punter ) can get our money over a counter with TAB locations everywhere, your rewards points pay out returns are the lowest of all betting agencies, the punter will have to turn over more than $2000 to get a measly $5 bonus bet ( shame on you ) should be 5% returns with the about of money you devils make, we work for our money if you want to take advantage of our illness then at least make it fun you grubs 🤙 Hope I helped 😊 cheers Mr S.Zaidan
