T2 Mood Tracker

I really like this app. Tracking how I am doing day yo day, and different times of the day w my notes. Down side is it says I can use it with FitBit, but I can’t. I get the error message below. I tried to use the “app support” option. But it said it was Unsecured web site trying to steal my credit card numbers or something. So I closed it. It said this twice. So if anyone out there knows how to use it with FitBit let me know. The app you're trying to connect did not provide valid information to Fitbit. Please report this issue to them. Developer information: invalid_request - Invalid redirect_uri parameter value

This app has been very helpful for therapy sessions for major depressive disorder and PTSD. I’m able to email my results to my therapist, and it helps us to focus on specific areas of concern. It is also nice to track my progress. Getting better has been such a slow process, that I sometimes don’t think I’m improving at all. Looking back at my graphs, however, shows a slow and steady improvement, which gives me a little hope.

I love this app, but the reminders, which worked at first, stopped working after a few days. Reminders are key, because who's going to remember 2x/day on their own? Fixing that would make it 5 stars.

Just what I needed. Love that it is customizable. A few tweaks and it fit my tracking needs perfectly, filling a critical gap in my care. The app (even the customization) is intuitive. Definitely 5 stars!!

Great app so far in careful tracking of daily moods, symptoms, coping, and lack of resilience or meltdown scenarios so don't get stuck in the reactive moments without a clue. Get to recognize and practice coping as learn triggers that lead to emotional volatility.
