Sysco Delivery

This app is no longer working on my I-phone and I don’t know why? I can use my log in credentials on co workers droid and iPhone and it works great but not on my phone? I’ve worked with my Sysco representative for troubleshooting help but we have found nothing that works. What phone number or email can I contact for further troubleshooting?

As the world’s largest broadline food distribution company, you can’t put a little money into not only making an app that works but provide training to your drivers and dispatch to use their available information to inform the app’s necessary data points? This is ridiculously inaccurate, glitchy, and has completely random notifications that don’t correlate with the only thing the app is marketed to do- tell me when my delivery is going to be at my business. I am constantly making emergency runs to the store because my delivery window changed from “8:10-11:10” to “3:00-7:00” only to return to find a delivery has already been made...

I have had pretty good luck with the delivery window out of my sysco app. The window is a little vague but I understand they don't want to say it will be there at 6 have the driver hit a snag and not be there until 9. The map is very accurate. What i would most like to see is the ability to add multiple accounts to the same login. I manage and order for multiple accounts with some distance between them.

It’s a great app! Love using it to see my delivery window and what driver that day if it changed. I like being able to pull up my invoice and review what was loaded on the truck. I think the accuracy it okay it can’t be perfect to the second or within an inch. Heck my iPhone location sharing isn’t even accurate 30% of the time.

As a small restaurant owner, it’s important to me to have a food rep that is knowledgeable, readily available, and willing to advise based on past experience. Our experience with Sysco and our rep Megan has been 5 stars and look forward to a long relationship as we continue to grow.
