It's great to have Symphony on mobile but this version is incredibly slow... There is also a lot of disturbance created by the fact that all the notifications are going through even from rooms that we asked not to receive notification from.

Still seeing frequent application crashes and often having messages undelivered with no ability to fix. The overall performance from China is very poor and unreliable on mobile. I wish there was a way to run a troubleshoot to measure performance and check diagnostics and logs of client so I could see what is wrong Still broken for HSBC - no option to reply to messages

At first, it only seemed to work in two ways: Crash or Hang. So many choices......how do I pick? Several hours later, it mysteriously worked. Maybe someone read my earlier gripes? I’ll update this as I continue to unwillingly “beta test” it, as it were.

When I try to run this on my iPad, messages download but whenever I try to respond, it slows down to a crawl. Essentially, you type 3 works, then wait 3 minutes while the characters slooooowly populate. Then you observe which characters got dropped along the way, and you spend 15 seconds trying to move the cursor (since that also has a lag) to add them back in. In 7 minutes of use, I managed to type out a single message to a colleague. Over that 7 minutes, I lost 10% of my brand new iPad Pro’s battery life. I’ll wait for the next version before trying to reopen this app.
