I called my doctor to see if she could prescribe med for a bladder infection (have had these many times before). She said I had to come in and pee in a cup. Didn’t want to because in the middle of Covid 19. Last place I wanted to go. Went on the app and used the text option instead of video. The AI “person” asked questions, had me put my info and symptoms in, and said stay by the phone and a doctor would chat with me shortly. I had just been trying to get on LiveHealth and they never called me back, so I was thinking “right. These people will probably never come on either.” Well, 5 to 10 min later, a nice dr came on. She had already looked over my info, allergies, and symptoms so she just asked a couple more questions, then asked what pharmacy I used, called in a script, and that was it. Restored my faith in humanity.

The app is so easy to use, and makes the experience personable! For those who aren’t sure of their symptoms, don’t know if they should make an appointment, or are looking for peace of mind: this is the app for you! So glad it was recommended to me, I will definitely be passing the word along :) It was recently updated for COVID 19 symptoms as well, truly an amazing app to keep on your phone

I’d mark Zero rating if I could. I spent an hour “chatting with a doctor”. After an hour we were able to determine that I have a fever and that I should check a website to find a site for a possible coronavirus testing site since I work at a convalescent hospital. It’s a 10 minute wait between responses from the doctor. I got more information by googling coronavirus symptoms than I did from this “doctor”. And of course I already paid so it’s a total waste of money. Now I am worried that they the app is only designed to take my card information since they were not useful at all.

I was able to quickly chat with a doctor this afternoon about allergies and pick up my prescription within an hour. This beats taking 3-hours out of my workday, fighting traffic, and sitting in a waiting room (especially right now during a pandemic) to see a doctor. I found a new way to do health care.

After the trouble of setting up an account and submitting a request for doctor, I’m in a state requires a doctor to call, she did call in reasonable time, she was extremely professional and friendly. I know my symptoms, I know what the remedy needs to be prescribed antibiotics. The doctor was reluctant to prescribe, rest, hot tea ...I wasn’t charged for the consultation. I was trying to avoid a trip to the clinic during Coronavirus. I ended up going to clinic with a severe sinus infection, was prescribed antibiotics. If your expecting a prescription for antibiotics, it didn’t work for me, spend the time going to a clinic.
