This is an extremely difficult app to use. There are lots confusing information. It keeps asking for an address even if you’re picking up in the store. The small bowl comes with six free add-ons, but it says $0.50 on the bottom. You have to scroll through each option to pick your topping. You can make this better.

Not sure why you had to go ahead and change the app but I have tried several times to order food and gotten nowhere with it. Totally frustrated and ended up ordering somewhere else. All it does is give error messages and waste time. Horrible waste of time. You’ve just lost my business.

It’s great to be able to order on the app and receive loyalty points at the same time. The ordering portion is visual and helps me understand the menu!

This is the worst food ordering app I’ve ever come across. You have to login to several different accounts, and it’s impossible to order. Like seriously, who signed off on this? Ended up ordering somewhere else because of how terrible my experience with this app was, which is a shame because of how good the food at Sweetfin is.

Been waiting for a sweetfin loyalty and ordering app. I can now recover points for my in app purchases...love SWEETFIN!
