hi sweet! i've been using your app for probably ten months now? at first it was great, and for months i would log on every day in order to accumulate points. however, ever since you changed the marketplace, i've been using it less and less. in fact, i'm today was the first time i've logged on in probably a month. the new marketplace makes it incredibly difficult to get rewards that people actually want because you never know what is going to drop, and when something you do want (like airpods) drops, you essentially have close to no chance of getting it because it's a race to see who gets there first. there's also incredibly limited options as oopposed to the previous format. i understand that change, but i think instead of doing drops as you do now, you should consult users to see what products they would most want to be able to buy and then stock up on those instead of having an incredibly wide array of useless awards. i also understand there's a factor of helping support new and developing artists, but quite honestly i don't know if users are necessarily going to redeem their points for a shoutout.
i'm giving the app two stars because while i'm losing motivation to continue using the app, i think the interface is relatively well designed and the integration is good, although it glitches and crashes semi regularly.
