I love Swagbucks Live! The trivia game is short, only 10 questions, so if you’re busy, you don’t need to worry about investing a lot of time. The games are free to join, with one chance given per game to rejoin, if you get a question wrong and are eliminated. A rejoin does cost you money in the form of Swagbucks, and the amount it costs is determined by how far into the game you are, when you’re eliminated. If you do rejoin and then get another question wrong, you can’t rejoin again. You can and should play through to the end of the game, however, because you can earn additional Swagbucks, which you have to claim at the end of the game to keep. Overall, it’s a great game and an easy way to “earn” a few dollars. I’ve added a breakdown of the game details below:
Game schedule:
Mon - 2 games, one at 7pm EDT and the second at 8pm EDT (1st game super easy - 2nd game a bit more challenging)
Tues-Thurs - 1 game at 8pm EDT
Average game length: 10-15 minutes
Glitches: Yes. It can be annoying sometimes; but almost without exception, it hasn’t kept me from playing or earning Swagbucks. Mostly, it’s issues with lag times, but there’s generally enough time to get the answer in before the 10 second buzzer. If time runs out and an answer wasn’t selected, you will have to rejoin to continue playing for the jackpot (either $500 or $1000 shared with other winners). If you’re only playing for Swagbucks, you don’t have to rejoin.
