SuperCam Plus

I am pleased to have the SuperCam remote cameras. I paid for the equipment with 3 cameras and notifications. One thing that annoyed me, I was not receiving Alerts to my mobile phone when someone or something was on or near the site line of the cameras installed on my property. I contacted the security camera alarm company and informed them of the situation. They sent of men out to my home. One person updated the Program to include mobile phone notification At My Expense, when it took them about 10 minutes to update their system. I’m much happier receiving alerts to my mobile phone when there is activity within the camera site lines. However, these days security alarm companies include programming of mobile alerts including software updated at no cost. Josephine Rincon, PR

I have been using this app for quite a while now. I don’t have any complaints. I am happy that they keep up with it as far as bug fixes and all the updates. However, My remote viewing did stop working for 2 days don’t know why but it’s back up. That was the only problem I had with it. It really is a great app! Now it’s June 13, 2019. It’s be three days since my remote viewing stopped working . Now I am getting aggravated. How about keeping up with the updates Remote viewing not working again. I wish you can fix the problem. October 2, 2019. This app is still not working with my iPhone 6 +. I have updated my iPhone to the new version still will not work remotely.

General ok but needs more improvement like support for motion detection cameras when searching. Searching for events is very difficult and you have to scan for a long time to find it. For example is you have a six hour recording for an event which took five minutes it is very much time consuming.

All cameras can be viewed in single screen - great! One improvement in playback mode - mark motion detection so user can fast forward to a particular time of interest in recording- thanks

Just make sure your ethernet cable is connected correctly. Mine came loose and I thought it was a software issue. But everything is fine now.
