Well I have a great $10,000 chair that does not retain memory settings on itself. You would think that if you make an app with the power of hardware we have today you would make it do more than the remote that came with the chair. The app should have memories for personal settings at least and preferably by person and there should be no limit on this. Human Touch has this feature with a previous chair and app. This is their new chair and it has less feature on the app that the old one. You can get the virtual therapist bridge to hook to Alexa that supposedly give you memory but since the bridge will not function I do not know for sure. $10k - you expect better

The app doesn’t work at all. Through Bluetooth I can get music to play through the speakers but that is the full extent of functionality. Pressing any buttons on the app doesn’t control the chair at all. What a shame, would be great if the app would add customizable options. As it is now, does exactly what the controller does but again, as of April 2020 doesn’t work at all.

Due to your lack of interest in addressing all these negative reviews and failure to fix the app, I am going to pass on this chair. I was just about to purchase it from Costco and thought I’d check the app reviews first. Glad I did. Do better.

App doesn’t connect, or stay connected. Alexa adaptor doesn’t work, can’t log in. Sad for $10k , this chair is supposed to be innovative! Everything else is top notch, just that the future technology doesn’t measure up here. App and Alexa integration needs complete make over ASAP. Come on human touch!

Ladies and gentlemen I cannot believe how very bad this app is for such an amazing and great chair which I’ve owned for about the last four months now the application should be removed from the App Store it’s that bad. Shame on Human Touch for going so cheap on this app. -Screen GUI design is embarrassing -Zero instructions -Poorly designed -No help at all Oh, and you need to order a bridge from Human Touch to gain Alexa support. Wow, know-body new that when I purchased it. It really shouldn’t be an app because you can tell they didn’t put any effort into it.
