I have noticed an issue for several months now concerning the purchase of sale items. For example, 12-packs of soda are on sale for $2.97/each. If you look in your cart after choosing what you want, the 12-packs are listed with their original price. The store doesn’t adjust the price for it either when they fill the order. I usually purchase 3-4 packs at a time, so saying I didn’t purchase what was needed to trigger the sale price is an incorrect assumption. Another example is when I purchased Pop Tarts that were on sale last week. It was the correct sale price in the cart, but when they filled the order in the store, they price adjusted it back to its original price so I paid MORE for them than I should have. Either one of these examples are unacceptable and demonstrate poor business practices. If customers are expected to pay the original price of products if purchased through the app, then you need to make it VERY clear them prior to their purchase so they know what they’re getting into.

Don’t waste your time downloading. Literally the worst app I’ve ever tried to use. Search feature is terrible. I finally figured out that you have to go to the specific department then choose a sub category to make a search. It’s way too many steps just to make a search and then your lucky if it brings up the product your looking for. I searched for ground hamburger and only one comes up. Where’s the lean hamburger like 90/10 or 93/7? I know it’s carried in the store. I can’t imagine trying to build a list for curbside shopping. I just wanted to use the app to build a shopping list showing what isle the products were on.

I was just in Super 1 Foods today shopping. I bought some chuck tender roast . They still had some of the alligator skin on them and on the bottom the fat and the silver skin are still on the roast. I would like to know way this is . It was not aloud back in the day . I know it means less waste for the company and more profit . But what about the customer . What about the signs all over the stores . Take care of the customer and profits will follow . Thanks Robert Hunter

App is so slow i got frustrated and didn’t even get past adding the second item to my shopping list. I’ll stick to Wal Mart grocery pick up.
