Lights are great, but the app is poorly made. The lights work, Bluetooth works, everything else, but the halo doesn't turn off with the car. You have to turn it off via the app, which i did, but for some reason they decided they wanted to be on, they were just randomly on like hours later. Also everytime i open the app it BLASTS the demo song and the lights go along to it so that's probably what turned them back on. Might add a switch into the led hookup just so it doesn't always stay on. App needs lots of work

So this is my 3rd pair of lights. Not by Sunpie this would be my first. I was hesitant to use the app as I feared I would get stuck on a halo color forever or have the lights lock up etc as others reviewed. I’m not sure if I just got lucky with this app working perfectly for me or if other users just don’t understand how to work it correctly. I have had no problem with this app. It turns my halos instantly and even strobes them to my library of music from within the app. If they don’t have your color, you can take any photo and tap on an area of it to set that color. It even responds to voice for color changing. The backgrounds of the app mimic the vehicles they sell these lights for even. The lights were great but soooo much better with this app. Not sure if they fixed the app or I just set it up different then other users. Worth a shot from my experience!

The app is pretty decent. The colors are switched around, so if I press blue I get green, green I get blue. Nothing an update cant fix. The lights work great besides that. Would definitely love if the app could connect to Apple Music/Spotify. I know some people were upset that the halos don’t turn off when the lights do but I found that you just have to press the W/Y button to turn them off. It’s all very easy to navigate.

So I wen the more expensive route with lights so I could have a Bluetooth controller. Well I downloaded the app so I didn’t have to download a QR scanner. Unfortunately the app doesn’t work or give you the option to find your device via Bluetooth. So I had to download a QR scanner and it made me download a different app. Unfortunately it isn’t as nice of an app but it works and my lights work perfectly besides the adhesive strips Arby’s the best I ended up gluing a few of them.

The controller always locks up after a few minutes and go’s to solid red. Sunpie said to contact the seller I bought it from for a replacement which I did and got a replacement but it does the same thing. Also met two other people who have the same problem with theirs also Sunpie. I do not recommend this at all.
