STONEFIRE Grill Ordering

I have placed a couple of orders without major problems but it needs improvements, which hopefully will occur as more people use it. Wish list items include landscape view for iPad, ability to preload multiple gift cards and get their current balance, improve website navigation.

There are multiple issues with the STONEFIRE grill app. I had placed an online order with the app and I never received the points for that order. I talked to the store manager in regards to this issue and she had no idea how to give me my points. There is no customer service number we can call or talk to anyone if we run across an issue. The store manager took my email address and phone number and said she will get back to me to solve this issue. I never received a call on their end. The app also does not allow us to see the total points we received or the rewards earned. In addition, there are also no options to make changes or edit your options when trying to place an order. They really need to make the app user friendly and make modifications. I won’t be using this app anymore. I will simply call to place my pick up order. Overall, I never received my points for the online order simply because the manager or the employees didn’t know what to do.

Ordered on line but when we went to pick up our order didn’t exist at the store. I didn’t receive a confirmation email either. I went back into the app and gave the guy my order number and he said he would take care of it. I checked that I clicked the correct location. It’s just an inconvenience because we had to wait longer for the order. I would just rather call the store directly that way I know there won’t be any problems

Stonefire is one of our favorite restaurants but their app is not ready for release. I couldn’t login on multiple attempts with my account or my husband’s account but it kindly told me that the developers would be informed. When I tried to order as a guest, all the options were set to Yes and it wouldn’t let me change them to no (as in, no, I don’t want to substitute ingredients.) I gave up and called in the order. I will continue to try to use the app and look forward to a time when it will work.

It doesn’t seem like there’s been any updates done to this app. You can’t see how many points you’ve accumulated, what rewards you get, and how to use the points. I was told that you can submit receipt online to get points, no such thing was found. If you don’t have the reward card, there’s no way for them to scan your card on the app. Server doesn’t ask if you have a rewards card nor does the cashier. The rewards system is pretty useless. The food is good though.
