StarQuik, a TATA enterprise

I really love this app, and thankful that in such crucial situation, star bazar are a real help. But my BIGGEST ISSUE IS THERE IS “ NO OPTION FOUND FOR PICK UP” i mean has this option been disabled in ios? Because at the same time, my brother can order using google phone as the pick up option is easily available !! Please help me in this as every time i have to ask him to order on my behalf. The reason i dont choose delivery is, i dont want your partners to get occupied in such difficult times, and secondly, i live like 10 mins away from star bazar. Please please either update your app, or do what ever, but please get the “pick up” option, it would be the biggest help asked for. Have been patiently waiting for nearly 3 months. Will wait for ur positive reply. Thanks a lot in advance.

I have ordered using the star quick app twice during the lockdown. The first time was within a week of the lockdown being announced. Ingot a delivery date a week from the date of order. On the day of delivery, an hour after the delivery slot expired i was informed that my order had been cancelled. At that time despite facing hardships I let it go since it was the early days of the lockdown and they were struggling to adjust with the new normal. I recently (towards the end of the 4th lockdown, 2 months into the lockdown) ordered again, believing that they had adjusted to the lockdown situation. start quick had begun to take limited orders making be believe that they would be able to cope with it. I was wrong. They give you a delivery slot 4 days from the date of order. In the day. Well after the delivery slot i get a message that almost half the things I had ordered for are unavailable. Its disappointing to see the service they are providing. During times like these when the customer is dependent on a delivery app for essentials if you leave them hanging at the last minute, it is very sad. I would have thought that two months in, a company delivering essentials would have worked out the kinks and ensure smooth delivery. Despite taking limited orders and ordering 4 days in advance if you cannot deliver then it speaks volumes about your efficency and service. Would much rather use other apps such as big basket or grofers.

I am an app only retail customer and although the app user interface can be improved but the app scores big on what it is intended for which is ordering stuff ! Everything that is available at the store can be ordered from this and the same day delivery is the best !! I have deleted all others like big basket , natures basket , grocers as this is your one stop shop with an awesome delivery experience. Well done team Star Bazar !

Out of the 10 times you order 7 times your order is cancelled. So not only are you left with a no show of expected items but also your money is stuck in their wallet. Also there are fewer items than in the actual store. Sometimes when you try to order an item by the time you are checking out the options the item is sold out. If you want anything urgently wouldn't recommend using this app as you will be left high and dry.

Star quik has become pathetic in terms of their delivery service and customer service. Once my order has been cancelled for reasons unknown to me for which the refund should have come back in my bank account ideally but refund policy is such that it comes as wallet points. This way u are forcing the customer to come back to you when u cannot provide service. second time again I have ordered and the delivery was scheduled between 10am-12pm- it is 1.22pm and I have not received my order and neither is there any update. How do you except people to use this service if you cannot manage timely deliveries !! Highly unprofessional and incapable service !!
