Starman

This game helps me as I am constantly thinking about mathematics, the problem solving and out of the box thinking in the game trains me to do just that in my mathematics. I deal with calculus mainly and it helps greatly, although for others they may find this use rather implicit. However, I finished the game within one day. The game itself is fantastic and I appreciate deeply that it does take a lot of time to plan, promote, place etc... but for £3.99 I feel as if I’ve only gotten £0.99. Would love to rate this game 5 stars but I cannot do so unless more levels are added and at the moment the app is currently just sitting and taking up 0.5GB of storage. Thank you

I’ve just bought the game and I’ve been playing for an hour. So far so good. It’s probably the best puzzle game I’ve played in a long time: amazingly clever and incredibly beautiful. Absolutely worth every penny. Not sure how long it is gonna last, but I can’t understand why people are complaining. It’s already worth it even if I finish it now. I’m sure it has a lot of work behind, because It’s a Masterpiece. If you like puzzlers, and appreciate good design, this is a MUST.

An amazing game. Played a few levels and I’m in love with it ! Amazing graphics, the black and white style is amazing. The puzzles are really good, you tap to move and is double tap to drop an object you’re carrying. Hats off to the dev for producing this great puzzle games. Hope Apple feature this 5/5 for sure. When you get premium quality games like this it gives me hope in an App Store world full of freemium dross. Help support devs like this by buying their great games

I play few games on my phone. Starman however I have been playing everyday now and just recently after finishing it, I find flow mode will still serve me for many days to come. The standard game is great by itself, dont get me wrong. If you like the trailer and dont mind short yet incredibly well crafted experiences using puzzles then this is for you. However, each of the levels have a clear end for me and there is not much replay value. With flow mode though, there is no one level just to complete and due to some neat additions in both gameplay as well as the dynamic environment, it really is something special. You go at your own pace with flow mode. The standard mode is the game but to me, the flow mode is an escape.

Towards the end of level 8 I had control problems on my iPhone that prevented me continuing. I ran it on my iPad and the controls worked fine and I was able to advance, but then after level 9 the game ended! While it lasts, it's an excellent game with cool atmospheric visuals and sound, I really hope the Abril brothers will give us an update with more levels. I was going to give it 5 stars, but given the price and short duration, I've settled on 4.
