Spark+ is the next evolution in virtual fitness. How it works: A. Sign Up: Members create an account and subscribe to membership for full access. B. Spark The Challenges: Virtual Running Club will issue 71 running & fitness related challenges per year • 1 per week (52 total) • 1 per month (12 total) • 1 per quarter (4 total) • 1 every six months (2 total) • 1 per year (1 total) C. Stay Motivated: Members are motivated and held accountable by the VRC, themselves and other participants. The challenges are designed to be all levels of difficulty both stretching your resolve and encouraging you with “easy” wins. D. Easily Report: When a challenge is completed, members will report their success right on the app. There is a built-in grace period for reporting and notifications and reminders can be set up so you never forget. E. You can cancel your subscription in the iTunes settings at least 24-hours before the end of each current subscription period. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period and you will be downgraded to the free service.
