Thank you for trying the app and I am sorry for the inconvenience. Sometimes it’s hard to detect the surface for the device depends on the surface and environment. It may be because the environment is too dark, the surface is too white, the surface has no pattern, or camera moves too fast etc. Please try it on some patterned floor under enough lighting. And keep the camera at same position until blue mesh is appeared before tapping screen. Thank you.

Thank you for trying the app and I am sorry for the inconvenience. Before placing the objects, please make sure to display a blue mesh on the flat surface. Sometimes it's hard to detect a flat surface for the device due to lack of lights, color of surface etc. When the device detects a flat surface, a blue mesh will be displayed. Then please tap somewhere on the blue mesh. After tapping on the blue mesh, "Objects were placed... " message should be displayed. Then please look around to find objects because sometimes objects are placed at outside of your camera angle. If you need further help, please let me know. Thank you.
