Sound Touch 2

I am a high school student taking a Spanish II class, this app is helpful in studying vocabulary and learning words the class hasn’t even heard of. The app can not only be used by young kids learning to talk, but (provided you change the language), older kids and adults who can branch out to learn other languages.

Super disappointed not worth $11 would really like my money back or more animals very few choices was hoping to use this with my toddler grandchild

Our girl is about 14 months and just loves this series. It’s a good buy for both the fun and the education. She seems to want to talk about them but is just learning a few words. She will walk around with the phone for 30 minutes at a time smiling the whole time. Be sure you have a good cover on your phone and a carpeted area. Also, be sure to set the phone to Guided Access (Settings…accessibility options) or otherwise they will be frustrated if they accidentally wander out of the app.

The game doesn't work with OS 9.1 AT ALL. My little guy really enjoys Sound Touch Lite, so I decided to buy Sound Touch 2 because I really liked the categories offered. The first time, the game worked fine except without sound. I chose the sound option in Settings, and assumed that would fix things. Wrong! Now every time I attempt to open it, ST 2 randomly chooses a category and an item within that category to open. When I try to close the randomly selected item, the app closes down immediately. The only good thing is I hadn't told my child about the app, only to disappoint him with it's extremely poor performance.

I teach English to adult immigrants. I was thrilled to find sound touch 2. I use # 1 in class on a daily basis. The # 2 adds so many features that we study in class: the weather, different jobs, everyday sounds like coughing, etc. Even though my students are adults, they LOVE the sounds and the pictures.
