Don’t download this app. And pay the subscription fee. Waste of money. Many bugs and issues. 1)No regular updates. Every update comes out in 3/4 months and sometimes even 6 months delay. 2)Dear Developer since this app is on Apple store iPhone users have 720p/1080p display and the content display at high quality from the app is 360p not 720p. It’s not so appealing. Pls fix this. Since the iPhone resolution are 720p pls make it 720p resolution. 3)There’s no rewind or forward 15/10secs on the app. It’s only have next button and its irritating since we want to skip so intro. 4)Every show shows it’s an HD show however the quality isn’t HD it’s SD. We pay subscription money for better quality videos not for Time pass. 5)Lack of follow button in this app. No notification since we are watching some shows here. It should show next episode timings or notification that the episode has aired and added into the collection. 6)The interface isn’t compatible with iOS 12. 7)No widget. Add a widget showing last watch/ continue the episode where u left off. 8)If we left an episode mid way and came back the episode starts from beginning. So pls fix this issue. 9)Sometimes the toolbar to forward the video sometimes get stuck or won’t move sometimes after watching for a while. Thanking you. Pls fix this issues. For new users pls read this issue and decide whether u want to pay the subscription or not.

This app just charges ppl extra money for the subscription and does not address to issues. I’ve been trying to get my refund from days now but sadly they do not seem to provide one. People kindly don’t use this app coz their customer care is Ssly horrible. I would recommend guys use apps those have better customer care. Coz these ppl r clearly horrible. After providing all the details I still haven’t got my refund or a solution at that. Not what I expected from this app. I find Hotstar,Voot and other apps way better. They don’t even provide a contact where we can clarify issues. And they don’t even call when we provide our number and send a mail saying we couldn’t contact you. Horrible and horrendous. Recommend ppl here to not waste your Money on this stupid app

Friends I was initially poised to buy one year subscription for ₹499. But tried one week subscription @₹29. Even after premium membership the ads pop-up,not one but two back to back ads.( I was watching Ashes-2019 series and these 2 ads after every over irks you. Trust me). They say it is ad-free after subscription but it is a blatant lie. Now I see the reviews of this app on iTunes and people are absolutely true. Just don’t simply buy one year subscription. My advice is to at least try one week subscription and then decide for yourself. Don’t fall for these cheap tricks from sonyliv. They are simply not bothered about providing fair service for money. Instead they are ripping off customers and turning a blind eye towards them. Shame on you sonyliv.

Even if you’re convinced to buy it’s membership, do not buy it and tell your friends and family to never buy the membership of this f’ed up app. After paying for entire years membership you will still experience ads in between the shows you’re going to watch. It’s TV app is worst I’ve experienced till now, full of bugs, never work when you want it to and keeps crashing. If we’re still gonna have ads in between the shows (and I’m not talking about the live television, I’m talking about the episodes telecast a day or two ago) what is the point of buying the membership? Not at all going to renew my membership! Improve your membership system, improve your TV app, the app is more worse than the humour of the shows it telecasts.

I have been using this app since long time. This month i took its premium subscription believing that i may be able to use its download feature. I was able to download initially, just after 15 days the download feature became unavailable. When i wrote regarding this, the executive asked for all details, and responded back with a reply that the download is not available on iPhone devices. Now, I understand the deep level of cheating involved in this premium subscription. I regret opting for the premium subscription and will definitely discontinue it after the current subscription period is over. I would also recommend others to not chose the premium subscription.
