Ever since the new update the app doesn’t retain the filters I add like used, descending date and cars with one photo. It resets all filters without my doing. Also please add a do not remind me again when I take photos in app and it says to to rotate my camera. It’s annoying to do so every time.

How many times do you want to have to pull keys and take photos/video of the SAME vehicle?? Only to have photos sit there in the sync queue on their app, but nothing happens. They won’t download, won’t transfer to VinSolutions or VAuto. Their solution after waiting a minimum of 36 hours for a response? Upload the photos to iTunes, delete the app, re-upload the photos to your phone, re-upload the photos to their app and hope they sync and populate to your CRM. This has been a KNOWN ISSUE for months and still nothing has been done to correct it. Save your time and dealership’s money.

Photos will not upload to the website properly (if at all). Constantly going back to retake photos of cars has made this process take longer than if I were to do it without this app. Little to no help from them on this issue. Possible Fix: I have found success with uploading photos correctly. After completing the photos of the vehicle I go to the previous page with the inventory and refresh by pulling down. I have been doing this for the past two weeks and it seems to work.

I keep having issues with doing the interior 360 picture. I can connect to camera but have to keep opening and closing app numerous times before it finally takes it.

It’s always nice when you go out to take photos in the heat only to have the good old iPhone glitch where it won’t sync your photos. Three wasted hours, and three more to go. Photos show up on the vehicle, yet nothing to sync.
