to update your email address. I changed email addresses and now I can’t use the app. In order to change this you have to call to get someone on the phone to get the new email linked to your account. So don’t change your email once you get the app to work and be sure to use the same email you gave Aerocare because if you don’t then the app locks up and you have to call and have them change it over the phone which is such a pain. I can’t understand for the life of me why this app has no way to change or recover log in info or a way to change your email. While it was working it did fine but I never occurred to me the app would lock up when I changed my email.

This software does not process orders properly. It cannot distinguishes between different insurance benefits without making errors . Insurance companies will hold users responsible for snap mistakes when ordering medical equipment . Insured customers expected to pay out of pocket for Snap mistakes . Medical supply companies that use Snap are not recommended.

The app was simple to set up and had all the information I needed along with a listing of my previous resupply orders.

I signed up with a different email address than it wanted. It doesn’t recognize it and won’t let me change it. Tried deleting app and all data but apparently it remembers something about my device on its servers which bothers me from a privacy standpoint.

I tried to set up my Acct The other day telling me my It kept on telling me my password was wrong . I attempted to reset it again . Now I can’t even open the app . I need help to get in . I need my Accts to be reset .
