Updated review: I just downloaded the new update, and the issue remain on both devices. Uninstalled, restarted and reinstalled, when the app is open it won’t tell you now when a visitor is on the website. When the app is in the background it will alert me, and then when opening it, it does not show on which page the visitor is on. Can you please revert to the last prior 2 updates so a version is working like it is supposed to? Updated review: Thank for the last update which fixed few glitches. However the main one is still not fixed. If I leave the screen of the app open, and a visitor gets on my website, it still does not show. I either have to close the app or refresh manually. When the visitor leaves the website it still show has an active visitor until I manually refresh or close/reopen the app. I uninstalled, restarted phone and tablet, reinstalled and issue is still happening on both devices. Original review: The app was great prior the last update. Now, when a visitor is on the site and browse to different pages, it get stuck on whichever page the visitor landed. You have to manually refresh. Also, when the visitor leaves, it still show the visitor on the site, until once again you manually refresh. If on my tablet I put myself as not available, I now remain available on my phone, go figure, I have to remember to switch on both devices. I removed the app on phone and tablet, restarted both, and only install it on the tablet, same issue with the visitors. Put it back on my phone and still not working. Can this be fix so the app can be useful once again? Aside from those issues, the service is good and like the sound notifications on the app.
