This app logs you out every time it closes. Says “invalid login. Please log in again.” The alerts work ok but you cant scrub through minutes of captured video to look for the movement it alerts on. Not easy to move around within the app but it does provide basic functions. Developers need to do much better because the camera hardware works well.

So far works fine. I am not seeing the problems that others see. The only thing I can see it that is has not been updated in ages. Update: After having the camera and the app installed for while, the one concern I have is updates there hasn’t been one in forever. Also the sensitivity on the camera is insane even in the lowest setting it notifies us about everything that moves let it be rain or flashing lights. But seriously this app needs an update desperately, along with better sensitivity controls.

Nice camera but the app is horrible. When you record a video or take a photo it will not appear in the history. You have to take another picture or record another video, wait for the thumbnail preview to appear, then click on it to load the folder where all of your files are. Very poor execution.

The cameras are great but this app is absolute garbage. It’s basically useless. I wanted cameras that I could access with ease from my phone but this app makes that impossible. If I were defender, I would find a different app developer. I can live stream but that’s it. It’s impossible to view any historical footage in any logical way.

Every time I want to look in on my cameras, it has logged me out. If there was an emergency, I would not be able to check in. Because be too busy logging in! It doesn’t matter which device I’m on, or operating system. It always logs me out! Fix this, my goodness.
