I just can not activate my account. It says ‘ your account is currently not activated. Please choose an option to activate account’ Only one option is available that is Credit/debit card. Nothing happens when this option is chosen. Also there is no option to manage account and profile and changing pin/password. It’s badly designed. The sms that you get when registered gives pin and a link of a website to login but nowhere there is option of login on the website. Frustrating.

When I installed the APP in the hour of need, I tried adding up every information in the Registration page and while proceeding to the payments page, I was unable to link my card to it. And the app continuously saying your account hasn’t been activated. Please look into that. When your concept is new and getting adopted by people in the early days. This shouldn’t be the service which we expect.

I was very excited with the whole rent-a-bike thing in Chennai. Quickly installed the app as soon as I heard about it at my office. Downloaded the app, registered and logged in. But the bloody app doesn’t allow me to activate the account. To activate the account, I will have to choose a payment option and I am unable to select the only payment option which is debit /credit card. Nothing happens which I click the button. Absolute BS. To SmartBike: I always envied smart rental bikes in other countries and wished the day would come where we have such a system. It’s good both for the environment and our health. Please don’t disappoint your valuable prospects with a stunning facility backed by an absurd app.

I am not able to pay my pending amount. Hence my account was blocked without any confirmation. Also This app is not working properly for for apple users. Please fix the issue ASAP. And one more suggestion is that, please expand the time limit of using bicycle in evening at-least by 9 Pm.
