Skipio Messaging

So much better and more streamlined than the last app. I had to give it 4 stars, because I would still like the ability to add people to groups and change groups within the apps, but overall this is SO MUCH BETTER!!! My favorite fixes are the fact that the notifications of how many texts you have actually updates correctly, you can SCHEDULE messages within the app itself, and that you can see and edit scheduled messages, whether they were scheduled on the web browser or the app. Bravo on your update, Skipio!!!

Don’t waste your time. This app is a joke. Very confusing to figure out glitched a few times and missed super important text messages. Went to go cancel and had to talk to a super on experience and unhelpful call center staff member. While stumbling over every word he informed me that this company does not do the money back to unsatisfied customers. Hopefully they’re smart enough to save all the money they are ripping off from people because they won’t be around much longer. Also it is so obvious that all the good reviews are from your employees and that makes them even bigger jokes.

Thanks Skipio Team for listening to our feedback! This version of the Mobile App is definitely easier for those with businesses on-the-go. You can see a list of scheduled messages and easily remove contacts from campaigns. Hallelujah! However, like the previous version, you can’t call a contact from the Contacts/Address Book Page, only from the Messages, which means a lot of scrolling. And there’s not a way to edit a Campaign from the app.

Thanks Skipio! This new version of the app is way more responsive and faster than the previous version. I’m thrilled that I can schedule messages and access saved messages, complete with audio, video etc., on the fly, right on the app, without having to go to the web version. The visibility into sent messages and upcoming messages is MUCH more clear than before. Haven’t seen that I can create campaigns directly from the app yet but this is a excellent step. Great job Skipio!

I am SO displeased with this newer “improved” version of the app. It no longer works in portrait on my ipad, the entire messages on my iPhone aren’t visible for hours when I’m IN the message, but when I’m on the screen with the listing of messages, I can see what the message says....some of it. Some of the “upgrades” are less user friendly, take more steps to edit a group of people you’ve scheduled a message to go out to, and some tasks take longer to complete than they did before. I’M. NOT. HAPPY.
