Simple RPG - Idle Tap Tapper!

Very fun to play in bursts, has quests, upgrades, optional things to improve speed that you can buy, but they aren’t necessary. Tapping improves damage, but you can do quests without it if you want. Very fun.

Simple is apt. It’s a pretty good title. The problem is, it’s *too* simple. There’s nothing here to actually do. You sit there looking at the screen making incredibly slow progress while discovering no new mechanics, dealing with an incredibly tap-heavy clicking mechanic that doesn’t do a whole lot, and generally doing not much of anything. At some point I gave up and looked to Reddit for help. Apparently, it takes hours of playing to get to the first prestige, and it gives you 10% extra gold. That’s 10% faster progress. That’s almost nothing. Plus, TopCog’s responses of “it’s supposed to be simple” and “I’m not updating it” make me thing this is something they made in an incredibly short period of time to shove in a (costly) microtransaction store and make a quick buck. If you’re going to drain your battery having an idle game open, don’t use this, use one of TopCog’s other games- or better yet, another developer altogether, because I’m certainly reluctant to support him after this.

I want to like it but there is way too much tapping. I like how the ads actually feel optional. This is much better than most games on App Store
