4.0The Shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima presents its official application for the support of the pilgrims of Fatima. The application “Shrine of Fatima Official” is free and accessible to all who have access to a smartphone or tablet, it is available in the seven officially in use languages in the Shrine and it is set to help each pilgrim of Fatima to easily know and experience the place and to better live the spirituality so characteristic of it. Therefore, it presents the modules considered more helpful to a rich and fertile experience of this place of pilgrimage. It contains a set of the spaces that can be visited here – the places of the apparitions, the several places of cult and prayer, the places of memorial and cultural character or yet the diverse places of formation and pastoral -, presenting the history and mission they assume in the service of pilgrims. It proposes several supports to prayer and spiritual experience, rooted in the many spaces which in this Shrine are offered as places of memory of the apparitions of prayer and cult. It promotes the diffusion of the typical prayers of Fatima, so condense of the rich spiritual experience of the three little seers and the content of the apparitions. It also places in the hands of each pilgrim the possibility to rapidly access the schedules available in the Shrine – the schedules of the several services, but also of the vast celebrative program – and to know the events in the agenda. The application foresees the creation of a login, which will allow access to some personalization parameters, namely the schedule and events subscription, personal agenda, and definition of the respective notifications. Still, the user who doesn´t wish to login can still use almost entirety the functionalities of the application.
