ShopHQ for iPad

Love the new app! Much easier to get around the website. I use an iPad and will occasionally get a pop up asking me if I want to leave the website. I just X out of the pop up and stay on the current page without any issues. Trying to get used to the back button on the bottom of the screen and not the top of the screen.

It makes it so much easier to grab my iPad, rather than turning on my iMac. I am able to view all purchases, value pays, and any items that I am interested in. Love the live shows as well, because I am able to see an item on tv, and rather tha calling in to hope that I can get the item purchased in time, I can just order directly from the show on my app.

Every time I use the app it won't let me check out,but instead goes to the opps page. The Opps page is so insulting with that guy sitting on the stool, acting like it is a joke. Really Evine? You think it is a joke that we can't finish our shopping. You have lost so much of my business because I just shut it off instead of trying again. Today it was not ordering the Beekman items. Fix it and stop making it a joke, your customers don't like being patronized!

I received a phone call from Evine telling me that a very old & defunct credit card (5 years old,easy) was being used for purchases...1st one, then 5, now over a dozen items charged to a "dead card" they were notified years ago not to use anymore. I get bothered daily & I have seen items over the years I paid for that were not mine, plus double billing. I just met a lady that USED TO SHOP THERE BUT HAS THE SAME CREDIT CARD PROBLEMS AS I! I AM NOT SURPRISED A BIT. ALL BUYERS BEWARE BUT THEY WILL NOT PRINT THE TRUTH, THEY HAVE A THEFT PROBLEM IN THEIR BUSINESS & I REFUSE TO CONSTANTLY BE THEIR VICTIM, ALONG WITH MANY OTHERS!

The application for the Evine card does not let you apply for the card until you read the info about interest and other responsibility. The problem with this is that there is no way to return to the application in order to submit it. The solution by your customer service rep is to recommend applying on a desk top computer. Not everyone has a desktop these days and will not be able to apply. This is not good Policy.
