App is useful, does as it says, however there should be an element to merge two items into one. For instance if something comes from another country, or by plane, there is more than one tracking number and a new tile is created. You should implement an option to merge with existing tracking information. Just a suggestion - like the app!

The app didn’t work well on my phone. Screen navigation was absent, ie I could not move up and down the app screen either during signing in ( when I needed to reach the “ next” button covered by the keyboard or later when I tried to check the status of my package. The app screen was simply dysfunctional. I am unable to check the status.

My Halley helmet stand is clearly expensive, But worth every cent, It is simply, Fabulous. Even without cosseting my helmet, It’s a work of art. Thanks for a fantastic product that will truly last a lifetime and a fantastic service. Glen T

Takes too long to provide updates; basically just lets you view what you ordered. Advertisement feature for website where items were bought is also annoying. I know more about products on sale on the website than I do about the actual whereabouts of my parcel from using this app.

I use two email addresses - neither are supplied by google. I could add the first email, but Arrive will only allow me to add a second account if it’s gmail. There is no way to add a regular email address. Second, it doesn’t seem to automatically find my order from a store I purchased from (which is how I discovered this app) poor form.
