I can’t believe a service could be such bad in ShenZhou! When I called and ask a question :do you have a service to send the rent-car to airport for customer? He answer me:No. and I ask: why? He said: that is my boss’s rule. If you don’t satisfied, you could go and choose other rent-car company. I immediately decide turn away and never return! 服務差，失望。開始擔心車子也會有安全隱患。

I rented a car from shenzhou once and I will never use it again. They tried to charge me more and rip me off. Don't trust this whatever this company says. Using shenzhou will be worst decision you make in China. Run for your life if you accidentally use it. As for this app, don't download it. You will regret it.
