Like a heart-rate monitor, this sensor measures brain activity in real-time, allowing you to precisely activate the brain network that directs your flow state. You will learn to go into a state of deep dream-like relaxation and free-flowing visualization, away from ordinary thinking and rumination. When you emerge from a flow session, you will feel calm and refreshed. With Sensaflow, you may see your confidence increase before an important meeting, public presentation or exam. Additionally, our virtual assistant will support you all the way.
