Hope you don't misunderstand. We cannot delete any reviews because the Apple App Store does not provide the delete review function itself. We can only answer the user's review. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we have difficulties to improve because the sound is set differently depending on the content of the advertisement even if we already muted all ad sound in our app. We simply put up advertising placements in our app so it is difficult to control the content of the advertisement and its settings. We continue to request and cooperate with advertising platforms. We will do our best to make update them as soon as possible. Basically all ad contents based on cookies are provided by Ad distributor-- not our company. In rare cases, it displays really strange ads not related to cookies from some distributor. We're aware of this issue and are working hard on improvements. You can click a little button at the corner of the ad placement to stop showing ad contents like this
