Just like trying to accumulate points, this app is also a scam. It’s so difficult to register and understand what they want the consumer to do to create a login ID. The same with trying to accumulate points with the physical card in store - the points always expire before you can accumulate enough to become a member.

Not user-friendly at all. I have registered with my Facebook account. Somehow I can log-in in” membership recruitment “ page successfully but couldn’t log-in in “ member area” page. The app said Facebook account not found.

No idea why this must require reading my location! It's really my privacy!! Also, every time I use it, I was asked to update a new version (force update!!). How could programmers always update the programme (always bugs?) ?

After updating app, restarted phone and opened app, app says “update”, went to App Store, says “open” on app, app says “update”, went to App Store, says “open” on app, app says “update”, went to App Store, says “open” on app, ......

Requires membership to queue via phone but tbh most restaurants don’t require that anymore. Costs a lot to obtain/get membership.
