1. The number one goal of the app should be to start charging the quickest way possible. I don’t want to carry the card. So, add RFID functionality like other apps. There is no way to add something in the favorites tab. On the charge now tab show the last 3 used locations so you just click on them instead of typing the number. 2. Since the last update you have to authorize multiple times, it is very slow and then it starts charging. Very unreliable. 3. Fix the above two things and the app will be 5 stars.

I can’t request a card because my name is invalid and also “[object Object]” whenever I try to submit. Can’t connect my credit card because the credit card page just loads forever. Can’t do anything online, either, because their website insists my password (auto-filled by my browser, which generated it for me) is wrong. As far as user experience goes, you could maybe do worse by replacing the error messages with insulting my mother, but that’s about all I can come up with to push this app to a new low.

They tried to put some better features in this update with actually knowing what station you’re charging at instead of having to deduct it by process of elimination. Unfortunately now the address doesn’t work, you can authorize a charge session but it doesn’t start. It lists all stations available despite multiple being used for charging with the smartcard. Maybe one day they will be a real company and know how to make an app that works. Until then this is the worst charging company.

This app is loaded with bugs. Constant timeouts, crashes and excessive page reloading. Doesn’t appear it’s even optimized for the latest iPhone X models either. I hate that my building at work put in these chargers because you can’t even use them half the time, due to this archaic app! Couldn’t get charging to initiate this morning, a loss for both of us: will have to stop by Supercharger after work and SemmaConnect could’ve made another $8 while I was plugged in all day today. Fix. Your. App. It is essential, it’s almost 2020.

I’d love to use this app, but each time I enter my card information to place on file, an error message comes up regarding the CVV number. This seems like a bug that has not been fixed, yet they do not give you the opportunity to contact support or report a bug. This negative review is going to have to suffice unfortunately. I’ll change my review once this is resolved and works flawlessly with the charging stations.
