When ordering online the page keeps moving back to the beginning and it’s so annoying because you think you’ve put everything on the page but you haven’t if you live near a store best collect rather than have it delivered

Worse than finding items you had placed in your basket later prove unavailable, this app merrily takes you through a selection of offered products and seems to take delight in telling you ‘sold out’! Whilst other stores update availability in order not to waste shopping time, this Selfridges app seems designed to leave you annoyed, empty handed and frustrated. On the occasions you do chance to put something in your basket, woe betide you if you try to remove it, it’s there for eternity, or at least until you can rouse someone in Customer service to respond and reset it!! And don’t think you can use a different platform and log in via laptop, computer or phone to sort this problem... no, thanks to the complicated log in process you’re items still haunt you. I don’t want to mislead however, I was able to place one order which arrived beautifully packaged. Sadly the contents, though technically true to description, were on the whole misleading, disappointing and over priced. I certainly won’t be using the app to shop in this magnificent store again, most disappointing and for me it has seriously tarnished the store’s great reputation.

Using an iPhone I have come across a slight issue. Being new to Selfridges, I am an excited customer. I am thumbing through the app profile area. And would like to know what “Selfridges+” is. Unfortunately when I press it, it try’s to load the stops. Over the last few days I have attempted to load this area and it still won’t work. Could we please have a fix as I would like a fuller understanding of everything this company has to offer and would like to make a few purchases without the worry I’m missing opportunities to earn credits or rewards ( if this is available ) Other high end stores offer such options and I would like to enjoy this. Thanks in advance for any help. Also does the app except Apple Pay?

This app is fantastic especially as a Selfridges + member, free unlimited deliverys and next day as well... However on my iPhone 7Plus the password section on the secure checkout always has the 3rd letter and the submit button off the screen. Which makes using the app hard to checkout its hit and miss if you can press the tiny part of the hyperlink that is showing.

I loves Selfridges and the fact there’s an app to make that even easier is everything to me. I can find everything I want and need at Selfridges and delivery is so fast I could literally spend all day shopping on the app. It’s easy to use and everything is accessible and straightforward.
