Calculations are conservative in nature and are based off of generally accepted values. Drugs and dosages are listed below: Lidocaine: 4 mg/kg Septocaine: 5mg/kg Hydroxyzine: 1mg/kg Meperidine: 2mg/kg Midazolam: 0.5mg/kg (oral), 0.2mg/kg (nasal) Diazepam: 0.25mg/kg Epinephrine: 0.01mg/kg Flumazenil: 0.01mg/kg Naloxone: 0.1mg/kg The information is to be used as a tool.
