Hi, there! I'm sorry about the delay in responding to this. This issue was fixed in an update last month. In order to ensure you have the latest version, would you completely close the app by double-tapping the home button and then swiping up on the app? Afterwards, relaunch the app, at which point the update should apply. If it works, you should be able to get through, and the version number at the bottom of the Login and Settings view will say 2.0 - v.45 or higher. If that doesn't seem to work, reinstalling should ensure that you have the latest version. I do apologize for the inconvenience!

Can you try completely closing the application and relaunching it? This should trigger an update if it has not already been applied. Otherwise, please try reinstalling the application to guarantee you get the latest version. To ensure you're on the correct version, the bottom of the Settings tab and the Login page should read 'Version: 2.0 - v48' (or higher).
