Nothing is more frustrating than this app. None of their CTAs (buttons) work. Completely unresponsive. Have tried on 3 different devices - even borrowed another parent’s phone to try it on their phone. Their account on their phone works. Our account on their phone doesn’t work. Just useless. Hopefully other school administrators will read this review and NOT subject their students and parents to this non-functioning sham of an app.

We have kids at two schools that foolishly decided to use this app. The app brags you can use the same password for both schools. FALSE! When you have kids at two schools, the password works for NEITHER! Instead, you must log out each time, request a separate temporary password for each school! Your original password does not work for either school. How dumb is that? COMPLETE FAIL! UPDATE: The developer’s staff helped us and issued an update to the app. The app now works as advertised!

UPDATE - Change to perfect. Appreciate you all getting this issue addressed so quickly. App is now simple to use and does the job - took less than 1 minute to respond to 3 schools for 4 kids - as we respond to COVID-19 screenings GET WITH THE PROGRAM, This app and the system itself are worthless. I have kids in three different schools and this does not allow for a single login. Meaning, I have to log out and in for each kid. Clearly people without children are programming it. Have the mindset to create my own company to do this for the schools. Something this simple will take less than 3 months to spin-up.
