SBI Mutual Fund - InvesTap

I’m on latest version of this app and not able to see the login page. It’s just showing the progress bar but no page to login into app . Older version was good one, plz fix this asap I’m using iPhone 6 with latest iOS . Thanks

The app does not log in through finger print authentication properly, shows a blank screen. While investing through net banking, the bank net banking screen is cropped and part of virtual keyboard is not visible. The screen stays in portrait mode and does not turn to landscape mode even when the phone is turned. This makes it very difficult to invest online. For investing through mobile app, you should have an option to connect and transact through bank mobile app. This will make investment more seamless.

After installing latest updates the app doesn’t go past first screen with invesTap logo. Please resolve it’s a basic issue Edit: Thank you for prompt response and fix.

Hi Team, The app is now working fine. Thanks a lot. One suggestion - please add the feature to login via touch id. It is very cumbersome to login via email and password each time.

I could see nothing except progress bar rolling all the time even with high speed 4G. I don’t know what the speed and configuration required for this app.
