Sarpino's Pizzeria

I’ve been a Sarpino’s customer for a couple of years now. However, I’m reconsidering due to their pitiful customer service last week and failure to follow up on my complaint. It took them over two hours to deliver my order of two calzones when they told me 45-60 minutes, and it was luke warm at best. I called at 55 minutes as their “order tracker” said they just began preparing it!! I got a pitiful apology from the person who answered the phone with an excuse of not having enough drivers that day. They should tell people this (whether it’s an online order or by phone) ahead of time. I would’ve gone and picked it up. No offer to comp my meal, or discount next service, or anything. Terrible service and even more upsetting as I’ve loyally sang their praises (until now) to everyone I know. However, until now, I’ve had excellent service and their pizza is the best around. Haven’t lost me yet, but I should be compensated for my last order.

The app works fine as long as you don’t try to update/edit a custom pizza order. If you do , items get silently deleted and you end up with a pizza with no cheese, no cuts, etc. delivered to you. Not the shop’s fault, but the app testing folks’ fault.

I could easily over look the inattentive staff who never get my whole order right and forget stuff. But the app needs to be reworked. I can’t even use it to order. I usually use it to get everything together so I don’t sound like an idiot when I order on the phone. Lol so thanks for the convenient note pad but I’d rather have a fully functioning app that I can actually pay through.

This is so awesome! I love Sarpino’s and think it’s so cool you guys got an app. I was disappointed when I logged into the loyalty with my Facebook app that I didn’t get the 50 loyalty points it said I would and only got 2. Is registering for it something different?

The app works fine and it looks as though they are making improvements as time goes on. I don’t like that I am asked to select a tip amount when placing the order. I should have the option to tip based on the service. Was my food delivered on time? Is it hot? Other delivery restaurants let you tip upon delivery.
